It gives us immense pleasure to announce that we have received The License to Practice Real Estate Brokerage Work in Qatar from the Ministry of Justice (License N.421). This step is in accordance with New Law regulating real estate brokerage work. We applied for this license as we strive to ensure that our operations are in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply. 

The license binds us to follow specific and general legal obligations that protect the interests of our clients and regulate our work. It is a recognition of our commitment to providing high-quality services to our clients that stand in line with national standards set by the government. 

The Ministry of Justice sets standards that companies must meet in order to be granted the license, and these standards are designed to protect the interests of consumers and businesses alike. 

With the grant of this license, we have undertaken certain duties, which in turn lead to the customers having rights. It imposes legal requirements to adhere to specific mandatory provisions such as protecting the client’s interest, keeping records, data protection mechanisms, reporting requirements, marketing, and contractual arrangements. We have been invested in these areas of interest and will continue to be.
