We are incredibly proud to announce that recently we were granted 3 ISO certifications that are testamentary to our commitments, values, and vision. These internationally recognized certifications are ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 41001.

With ISO 9001, our quality management system has received global credence. This standard ensures that our services stand up to our clients’ expectations. To achieve this world-renowned standard several best practices were implemented in our organization, including documentation requirements, management responsibilities, and resource requirements.

This standard guides us in our day-to-day operations and helps us maintain consistency. As customer satisfaction has always been a fundamental part of our business, it helps us measure client satisfaction and continually improve our processes. To manage and measure our performance effectively, we continuously examine risks and opportunities for improvement. 

Having ISO 27001 certification is the result of a sincere effort to validate the security efforts that we are making. In addition to confirming our trust in our security standards, it also indicates to you, our clients & partners that International Excellence is something we follow when it comes to our security standards. Our information management security systems underwent a rigorous policy overhaul, and we learned some key lessons in the process.

This certification does not signify that we have paused our efforts to ensure that your information remains secure with us. It is just a milestone in our continual efforts to implement and execute the most secure methods of protecting critical data. We will continue upgrading our current systems with the latest IT security.

ISO 41001 is a relatively newer standard by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). It is formally known as the  International Facilities Management System (FMS) Standard. As a result of proving that our capabilities meet the requirements of FMS, we have demonstrated our commitment to consistently providing customers with quality services that meet their exact needs. 

It proves that we have made headways in our mission to understand the needs & expectations of our clients. We have developed and driven relevant strategic, tactical, and operational facilities management systems and practices at optimum costs.

In order to achieve these ISO certifications, Camelia Homes was rigorously audited by third parties in assessments that included developing a quality management system, an Information Management Security System, implementation of quality management systems, and documentation review.

Camelia Homes entered the real estate industry in Qatar with a new-age mindset set on axing old, conventional practices. With the grant of these certifications, we have established a new standard that companies, new and old, will endeavor to achieve.
